Starting Service
To start electric service with Pella Cooperative Electric, please download and complete the Member Application. 
After completing this form, please return it with a copy of your driver's license (or other form of photo identification) and a letter of credit from your previous electrical supplier. If a letter of credit is not sufficient, or cannot be obtained in your name, a deposit equal to the highest bill in the last twelve months will apply.
This form may be delivered to Pella Cooperative Electric in any of the following ways:

Stop Service
You may request to disconnect your electric service by calling the Cooperative, or by logging in to your e-Bill account and selecting "Service My Account", then "Stop Electric Service."
